What options do I have on a 7040 with a short axle to run duals to straddle corn on 30" rows?

Mexican hat with spin out
rim wound probaly do it if theres enough room on the axle to mount it. If there is enough room on the axle a 10 bolt hub with a spacer between it and the wheel

Flower pot hubs may be easier to find, then you can use the more readily available 9 bolt pressed steel dual rims, many have a deep enough offset to get out to the 120".

Thanks guys, I dind't think the axles would be long enough to just but on a hub. There's tractor for same that I was mildly thinking about but I require it to run down 30" rows with duals

I had hub duals on 7030 with short axle.  Not set for 30 inch rows but enough room for the hub.

I have an 8050 with short axles with 10 bolt DMI hubs on it. About 3/4 of an inch of the hub sticks out past the axle. I've had them on there for at least 10 years and have not had a bit of trouble. I also have and 8070 short axle with 9 bolt hubs, three u-bolts and the hub is also about three quarters of an inch past the end of the axle. Again those duals have been on that tractor 10 years or better. DMI also makes 4-in or 8 in spacers for 10 bolt to get out to a 30 inch row spacing. On the 8050 with the 10 bolt DMI hubs if I had a 4-in spacer it would be perfect for 30-in rows.

My 8030 short axle has 10 bolt hub duals and spaced nice for 30in rows. Axle is recessed in hub about 3/4in. Suppose it depends on how much dish is in dual wheel. Bought it this way.

Guess not what you’re looking for and don’t know your location…. I have T-Rail clamp on duals that are for 30 inch rows. They are for sale.
