Any insight or information on changing the seal, gasket. on the input shaft to transmission of HD-5.

I have yet to replace the input shaft seal on an HD5 but I did extensive re-work on the shifter, and I can state that just checking the oil in the transmission would be easier if I were a trapeze artist.

You need to removed the drive shaft and removed the input shaft yoke and pull the gasket seal,2ring seal and boot assambly

Thanks for your response to question.
I had the fuel tank off of the tractor, so it was easy to fill the transmission with oil.
When I had reinstalled the fuel tank and finish putting everything back in place. I notice oil leak around the input shaft.
 Would it be possible to replace the seals without removing the whole transmission?
Are replacement parts easy to find, by using HD-5 parts number?
