I'll try to keep this as short as possible.
Got the injector pump and lines back from shop and they
went ahead and painted the pump with their version of allis
orange and I have been using majic paint.I also had new lines
made and they are of course plain steel.

What would be the best or easiest way to paint them, before or after
installation.I don't really to paint them on the tractor due to all the over
spray and as you all know you can't paint the pump on the back side after it's on.I know, you'll never see the back side,(but) I don't really want to do it like that.
Can a roosa master pump and lines be powder coated.

Thanks.

Kevin.

I painted my entire 190 after I had the pump and lines off of it for a rebuild. Once reinstalled that’s when I painted it. You don’t want paint on the threads or take a chance of paint entering the pump. Trust me, after 3 coats of paint on the entire tractor there will be paint in behind the pump. Nothing worse than taking new paint off as you install the pump if you don’t do it that way.

I paint the lines off the tractor to get coverage all around, then reinstall and touch up where needed.
