I’m looking for an exhaust manifold for my 6080. I’m told by the local dealer that there are 2 options. One is flat where the turbo mounts and the other is slanted. The slanted is no longer available and of course that is what I have . Does anyone have one or know what it would take to convert to the flat one? Thanks in advance .

You have checked with an AGCO dealer?? 74009771 is the P/N. A model F-2 Gleaner combine engine from about model year 1980 or 81 and newer will be the same. You don't want to even try to convert backwards to the old flat manifold. You'd have to buy many other parts to complete the conversion and the right side hood will not fit without butchering it all up.

Dr. Allis,
Yes they are an AGCO dealer .
He said there is 2 of the slanted ones in dealer inventory and is supposed to be contacting them .
And thanks for the confirmation on the flat manifold. It looked to me that a lot of parts would be needed and clearance would be an issue.

The reason it is raised and tilted inward is to make it fit under the hood.
