Never seen those before, my guess would be aftermarket but appear to be well made. Maybe for an orchard tractor?
Looks like you need a new o-ring on your PD shaft according to the oil leak. Other side leaking? Not a difficult job.

This one is just a parts tractor, so I won’t be worried about the PD shaft seal leaking

I believe the wheatland tractors had the big wide full fenders and non-adjustable rear wheels, from the pics I have seen

My guess is for rice models. Seen them on D15s, but not on a 17 yet.

Maybe that’s correct… the wheatland extensions are similar but wider, and look like diamond tread steel, at least the ones pictured in this link… https://bids.aumannauctions.com/auctions/30565/lot/5779092-allis-chalmers-d17-wheatland-gasOf course I wouldn’t know if the ones pictured are correct or not…

70240174 is a parts # - factory, saw a bunch south of I10 in LA. Fender extensions for Series IV 17's - D15's had an axle extension for widening the stance. Usually Rice equipped with 14.9-38 tires and extesion used these fender extensions. .
