  The cleaning fan stripped off the plywood paddles .
  Is there a procedure for getting the parts out of the housing other than pull it out piece by piece.
   This looks like a big job.Not looking forward to it.

It is a big job with the G being the worst because it is so wide. Always remember the fan blades are PUSHED not pulled.
