The ED 40 and D 272 were both smaller utility tractors made in England. The 272 used a Perkins diesel and the ED 40 used a Ricardo diesel,I think? That particular D 272 might have been a high crop version from the way it looks.

The WD46 had a 301 diesel engine in it. It  only has the one oil filter, but that doesn't mean much. I don't have any other pictures of it.  I did walk around and look at the other side and I think that it was turbo charged, but the oil cooler was removed. Maybe someone else or the owner could supply  more or better information .
