Hi Allis Chalmers collectors I'm in need of a shuttle clutch rebuild kit for Allis Chalmers i60 rough terrain forklift I have no serial number or anything I have been looking for the last 6 days and have found nothing can anyone help me

You can also try Herc-U-Lift in MN as they were a AC equipment dealer for Industrial equipment . 
 Minn-Par in MN (online only) might have some items also .

Wouldn't the clutch pack parts be the same as for the Power Director clutches? I know the gearing is different between the two. 
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.

There are THREE stations of shims on those clutches. At each station there are THREE shim packs: forward--neutral--reverse......The neutral shims are LONGER than the forward and reverse shims. The total thickness of all three shim stacks added up is .205" . This .205" number must be maintained !!!! When you remove short shims, you must replace a short shim with a long shim into the center (neutral) location.

Thank you doc I'm using used parts and the center discs that separate the high and low are worn does that affect the adjustment

Removing the short shims (as needed) is to make up for any wear on the discs, separator plates or the center plates. The center plates get grooves worn into them. Doesn't mean they are junk, that's just the way they look when they are old. When you run out of short shims and the hand lever loses its "snap", the clutch is worn out.

Always remember the three shim stacks MUST add up to .205". If you removed a .020" short shim, you MUST replace it with a .020" LONG shim in the center. You cannot use short shims in the center location.       EDIT: In your case, you could use short shims in the center ONLY to establish where your shims need to be. Once you've figured that out go to your AGCO dealer and replace any short shims in the center with the same thickness LONG shims.
