Can anyone tell me the part number for the front crankshaft pulley of an early H3 dozer? I can't find the H3 in the Agco parts lookup. Most parts I've been using D14/D15 manuals, but the part numbers for the front pulley on the 14/15 seem to be different, so I would like to get the right one. Mine turned up missing since I took this apart last year. I spent a couple hours looking for it, and I know I will find it as soon as the replacement gets installed, but thats how it goes. Thanks in advance for the help.

Per the D-14 Parts Catalog, early D-14 used front Pulley 229698.

At Engine Serial 11562 it changed to 230712.

The change was 4 threaded holes were added to acommodate the bolt on coupling for the front mounted hydraulic pump required for the 414 hydraulic loader.

Also the early D15 tractors had a wide fan belt and later tractors had a narrow belt.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

Managed to find my Allis Dealer Parts Catalog for H-3 and HD-3.

On P-8 Crankshaft Pulley for Gas is #233396

Adapter that mounts to Pulley with 4 bolts for a Hand Crank is #233401.

I had to use AGCO parts books to verify, but the D-15 gas farm tractor engine is 70235043 for the pulley and 70233432 for the narrow fan belt. No wide fan belt like the D-14 was ever used on a D-15.

Thanks gary, that's exactly what I needed. I ordered a new one from steiner. Unfortunately for some reason the 3/8" belt pulley is almost $40 more than the thicker belt pulley... this project is wildly over budget as is, so might as well just keep going!

"This won't cost that much." is the lie we tell ourselves....It's not a budget problem per say. It's that we aren't realistic when making a budget.
