    Posted: 02 Jun 2024 at 2:39pm
In retirement I have decided to expand some of my blacksmith and tin work and am looking for tips on shop layout.  Am not limited on space so that is not a consideration.  I have a forge and blower, vertical bench vise, tooling, anvils and a supply of coal and mixed hardwoods.   Am thinking the forge will be in the center of the shop along with multiple anvils and swag blocks close by.   Any insights on this would be much appreciated and just beginning to work on the design of the building and would like to avoid having to add on.  My current set up is in the garage and am wanting to free space in there  for other storage requirements.

Thanks Again ~ Orangeman
