 Topic: Father in law passed Thursday

Sad time around here
Dennis Merica was my wife’s step dad but a very good dad he was.
He and Jenny were very close.
I’ve known him most of my life. He had 3 boys and one girl. One of his sons was in my grade in school and we were friends growing up.
As a father in law he was the very best.
He and I shared a lot of interests.
He drove a truck for National carriers/National beef for years.

Sorry for your loss Buddy! A Father (figure) is always a heart breaker when you lose them, whether bio or the strongest ties. He is special as he was your friend growing up and now Jens Father. You both are sharing grief at losing someone special. Embrace each other and the memories. My heart goes out to you both at this time. Prayers 🙏 sent for the whole family. Now you both have a new Angel....
