They have been rolling in this part of the state too Tom. Still early in my opinion! Lots of corn went in about this time last year and then it turned off cold and it really suffered! I waited, then we got that hailstorm right before it emerged. Some of it didn't make it through the crust. It was there, I dug it up, just didn't make it through.

Such a challenge. Looks like a few are ready. Neighbor sprayed everything around me yesterday. Have always been leery of starting early but got burned last when we got 3½ inches on my target date and delayed 2 weeks

Got the 185 and corn planter out and ready yesterday. They are in the shed waiting. If conditions are right, will plant on 4-21. No more than I have to plant, should be able to get it done in a day.

Edit; Should add that there is a plow day in Reedsburg Wi. on the 20th. Weather looks like it will actually happen! Motel room is booked, look out Ted, I'm headed your way!
