I got my wd running today, it hadn't ran in 6 years. Anyway my question is on the throttle/Govenor. The throttle lever will only pull about half way down. You can force it more but it just returns to half throttle. I unhooked the linkage to the govenor and it is obviously the issue. The arm will only move roughly a 1/2" before springing back. Just looking for help before I tear into it. Thanks.

Broken counterbalance spring above the right headlite. Probably not even there anymore.
