Hi everybody I just scored a D series but I’m not sure if it’s a 10, 12, or 14.
It’s only my second Allis I’m typically a Ford and Farmall guy.
It has no starter so if anyone has one I’d be interested in buying it. Thanks in advance. Here are some photos. let me know if they load.

What happened to the muffler?
Why not get a starter for it? From what I have heard over the years, if the shuttle works, those are very good loader tractors.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

I think it’s a D15 industrial, shuttle shift and heavy duty front axle.
1968 B-208, 1976 720 (2 of them)Danco brush hog, single bottom plow,52" snow thrower, belly mower,rear tine tiller, rear blade, front blade, 57"sickle bar,1983 917 hydro, 1968 7hp sno-bee, 1968 190XTD

D14 Industrial??? Serial number will tell what it is, its on the torque tube (left side) where it meets the motor.

So on left side of bell housing there’s a raised rectangle where it looks like serial number should be. But no number.

It will be where the yellow box is in the picture, it’s stamped into the casting and is very hard to see sometimes.

That’s below where the highlighted yellow box is. Go higher up on the same flange, above the upper bolt in your picture.

D15 7053??? If I’m seeing that right you have a 1961 series 1 D15 Industrial, the standard D15’s have the “big stick” on the right side of the torque housing and that created a high and low for each gear. The industrials have it on the left side and it created a forward/reverse shuttle.

Maybe I missed it , but is it a diesel ? If so , you may have a hard time finding a starter . Hope not , good luck .

It’s a gas job. Hope starter isn’t hard to come by.
And I was wondering what the big stick on left was. The shuttle will be handy.

I would think a gas starter would be pretty easy to find. Steve at B and B might have one.

In the first picture it looks Ike the front support power steering vent has been screwed into the transmission oil level hole below and to the left of the key?

That surprises me, don’t recall the D15 industrial I tried out having that. Thanks for correction. Guess I was to busy testing the shuttle clutch lol. I should have bought it...it went cheap

Just looked in d14 parts book. Gives three different part numbers. First just says gauge assy, oil level. Second says same and base tractor in parentheses. Third says same and for utility tractor with shuttle clutch in parentheses
