Hello - I noticed the injector pump on my 5050 is leaking up at the stop-engine linkage and have a couple of questions, as follows:
1)  Will it do any harm to the injectior pump or engine if I run the tractor with the injector pump leaking?
2)  Is this something I can easily take off the engine and take for repair or should a garage do the removal and reinstall?
3)  Is this something I should take to an Agco shop for repair or will any good diesel shop be good to fix it?

Thank you.

I keep the gasket for top and O rings for both shafts ,I do it with pump on tractor . Its a CAV pump common on many engines. Just done one on a MF last week for a customer .

If not fixed it just makes a mess. seen housing get wear from o-ring not supporting shaft in housing
