180 with traction boost I drove the tractor 1/2 mile it started going slower and slower I started with remote valves pulling levers and it kept going enough to get out of Rd my PTO turns my lift arms raise and lower but won't move and no power steering

Not sure I fully understand your question - why pulling on remote levers was a factor - But I'll have a stab at it: The hydraulic 'pump' on those tractors is actually three gear pumps bolted/sandwiched together. The front one is power steering & power director clutch (and PTO clutch if hydraulic), middle one is three point hitch and remotes, rear one is for the traction boost. Sounds like something is awry with the front pump (or its circuit), because it would kill your power steering and power director clutch, preventing it from moving. Next steps are probably to check that the pump is moving any fluid at all, then (if it is), start tapping into it and doing some pressure tests.

My first two questions would be, are you sure it's full of hydraulic fluid and how old is the hydraulic filter?

Sounds like that section of pump eat it's self. Are you sure the 3 point will lift a load or just the arms? I would rather think the splines striped in pump drive.                 MACK

Well I took the pump apart the brass plates is scuffed bad like groves in them so what I did was switch a couple plates around I then got power steering so is it possible I could rebuild the pump ? Ot probably be better off with a new one I need to check pressure on the pump does my gauge need to be filled with liquid I haven't tried it lifting a load or spinning PTO with load it just raises and lowers and the shaft turns

They're rebuildable, depending on how bad any damage is. I assume you're referring to the oval-shaped wear plates? They usually come with the new kits. Rebuild kits for these umps are readily available. If I remember right, both the IT manual and the genuine Allis manual have pump rebuild instructions, but one is much more detailed than the other.

If you can, post some pictures on here of the pump internals and worn parts.
