Hi Darrel, Thanks for responding, I am looking for sleeves with "o" rings and a gasket set for my 645 with a 3500 engine. I did sleeves and pistons about 2 years ago , but for some reason the sleeves became pitted on the outside and eventually water was seeping through. DOnt understand why it happened so quickly but it did . So I have to replace the sleeves.
Thx Barnie

Flush all the green antifreeze out of everything and put HD diesel red antifreeze in. It's got all the additives baked in. Truck stops will have it as all newer semis use it. Liner pitting is from antifreeze without the proper additives.

Ok, sorry but I can't help you out with that sort of stuff. I have one 645 parts machine, so have a few used parts, but nothing like what you need. I hope that you can get what you need and get er going. Darrel |

when heavy duty diesels went to red antifreeze, the coolant filter went away. It is typically 5yrs-500000 mile then add a packet of conditioner. Truck shop told me to just change it out at that time.
