Good luck finding one. That is the weak link of those tractors and a poor design for durability. Bush-hogging with a D10/12 is asking for trouble. Getting your flywheel repaired is you quickest bet. 
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.

Don’t have one to repair. Some pulled a fast one and took shaft out and put in a regular early d10 flywheel
