had chicky tonight for supper...here's how i cooked it: big frying pan, pre-heat the grill, spray cooking spray in the pan (i use Pam canola) you can use what ever ya want, put about 2 cupfuls of chopped Valdailia onion, 3/4 cup of small porta bella mushrooms, 3-4 slices 1/2 cooked bacon, 1-can beef broth, 2-capfulls of worteshire sause, 3 capfuls soy sauce, 3 shakes of no salt, shake in some parsley flakes, 3-4 shakes of garlic powder, ad about a cup of wild rice, stir in the pan, place naked chicky on top of it all, I used chicky tenders, can also use naked chicky breasts. cook on medium until the chicky is done, then cook about 10 minutes longer. if you really want the chicky chickier, then you can use chicky broth instead of the beef broth. enjoy!

yeah...beef broth with chicky...we use french onion soup alot with chicky too, the beef broth and additives is kinda like that soup. I use alot of different types and flavored soups when cooking different meats. let the meats simmer in the soups for an hour or so. creamed soups work well too.
