On my D14, I had the problem of the 3rd gear jumping out. I modified this by shifting the lockout by 0.1". This solved the problem. But now downhill I have a noise that sounds like a friction noise or a slight snagging of a gear pinion
How to fix this problem and what is the origin? This jumping out problem is common to the D10, D12, D14, ED40, and other models such as the 180 series
