Love it. I'm sick of these thugs breaking the law, getting away with it and disrespecting the police. If I'd been driving that loader they would still be trying to cut him out!

Do you suppose alcohol was involved? I just read on the Construction Equipment site about a guy in Salt Lake City, taking a large track hoe for a one mile drive to a supermarket where he dug up the grass, sidewalk, water line (live) and a newly installed fiber cable. He is being held without bond... Also on a sadder note, a woman was killed and her son injured on I25 about 20 miles from me when a mid size Case track hoe hit an overpass. Knocked the hoe off the semi. She was killed by falling debris from the bridge. Must not have lowered the boom down as the machine isn't all that big and it was on a lowboy.

The 'trucker' needs to be charged with vehicular homicide and never be allowed to drive again. Read some of the reports(sites where I don't have to pay ....grr...) and it's disgusting and heart breaking what needlessly happened. NO EXCUSES .
