If you go to e-bay and do a search for 6-12, which is the 2nd model built, the 1st model will come up. This is a scale model.
I don't remember the model number.

That is a fairly scarce model. I have one in my collection and have never seen another.

Since the post header doesn't mention the word "tractor" the first vehicle AC made maybe the tractor-tiller of 1913. It was of Swiss origin and made under license. Anybody know if any survived ?

I don't know why but I would like 6-12, but that will never happen, so I would settle for a model. Are there any models out there?

Dusty, there is atleast one that was built by a forum member here (armand) and is made entirely of brass. I will not post his pictures here but here is a link to his website to see it. He is an amazing builder.
Phill, here was an impressive sight at the GOTO in Albert City this year. 1 6-12 and 2
10-18s and 7 or 8 green ACs total (except mine which had the tinwork painted orange in the early 30s). Including a beautifully restored long fender E and a L

split51, I'm aware of the fact the Armand has made one, and he makes exelcent models. But I also under stand that only makes one of each model and it is for him self.
Perhaps there was a production run at one time and one will show up, just like that 10-18. I check e-bay every so often. Thats how I found the 10-18, because it is advertised as a 6-12.

You are correct Dusty, He makes them for his collection. I am not aware that any company has every produced one for the market. If you happen to locate a maker, let me know, I would be interested too.

if my memory serves me couldn't you bolt 2 6-12s together to make a 4 wheel drive? Thought I saw one at Hutch about 10 years ago< id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall;" id="jsProxy" ="">

Norm Swinford talks about it, and I think a picture of it, but it's stated that it's not known if it was ever marketed. It was called a tandem hitch. The picture shows them hooked back to back. They only had 2 gears, 1 forward and 1 reverse. They must have been the same speed or the hitch would not have worked.
