The 39 B didn't  have  a seat like that  or hydrolic or foot brakes . Check the serial number , that should tell you what Year it is.

My '39 B has 4 wires on it. They each go from the magneto to a spark plug. No generator, battery, starter or lights.

My point is that his third picture shows a bunch of wires. A 39 had no reason for those wires.

Can't see any third pic here.  My '39 has that exact same seat on it.  I know it's after-market, but I sure like that seat on mine!  Be nice to see the front wheels if they have the riveted hubs.
