Gonna just say there are some extremely knowledgeable folks on here that everyone relies on. Some of us are gifted on certain machines because we own them , service them, and trouble shoot them when they break. Maybe it’s just me, but I think all of us owe those that help us not only a big thank you but the curtesy of letting them know if it resolved your issue. If it didn’t then explain what did resolve your problem. That’s how we learn, and become better at trouble shooting. I see far too many post that get excellent explanation/diagnoses of a said issue only to never return a post to verify if it was resolved. This is a free site, at least give those that put a lot of effort into helping you the kudos for taking their time and effort to help you. Post and let the rest of us know your issue is resolved. By doing this, you may be helping 10 others that are having the same issue. Just my 2 cents

I have to agree 100%. Guys on here are very generous with their time and knowledge. Being one of the least knowledgable I do appreciate it immensely. I try to get back with what worked but my tractors are 2hrs away so I don't get to them right away. Hope I have not offended anyone with a response that doesn't seem to be timely.

I totally support your post comments. Appreciation of Allis Chalmers tractors and equipment, and the effort required to keep them working and productive, is a key driver we all share, along with helping someone who is in need of some kind of help with his favorite AC machine. It always feels good to help out, and nice to know the person you tried to help has resolved their issue or reached some conclusion

I'd agree with that!
I know there are others but Dr Allis and MACK always seem to be some of the first to help out. We are very fortunate to have the resources we do here, for sure. |

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |
