as ya'll know...and if ya don't...i'll splane...have several rental houses in my nieghborhood...the good renters never stayed long, the bad renters i had a hand in...uh...letting them move on! well the slum lord musta gots tired of continually having to re-rent the houses...and has now put them up for sale. now i spose i'll hafta work harder if'n a scum ball buys any of them! PfffffT!

we had a neighbor "sell-off" a little 1/2 acre triangular piece of ground next to the highway and the gravel road we turn down to get to our property. Older lady bought (she's a rough looking one), put in a power pole, pulled in a bumper pull trailer and two portable 'shacks' of some sort. No septic and no water. She's somehow having water hauled in plastic barrels. Says she "goes up to the local boat ramp/ park" to use the bathroom. Little section went to hell quick, she even has a bathroom sink laying out in the yard.
Has everyone up in arms and we're watching for sewage in the ditches.

Shameless, probably going to call in a "Danger Close" snow machine hit on top of me around January or February. Going to be interesting when the snow starts flying or the spring rains come and that trailer sinks."Danger Close"
