Brian looks like you got it to work.
I was gonna flip your picture for a tease but I'll tell my BIG SECRET. Win10 - I open Snip and Sketch, outline what I want, save as .jpg to a file, close Snip & Sketch, then open the file with photos, use the rotation button at top of page, and save. Snip & Sketch and Photos also have other editing capabilities. Hope this helps, pretty basic.

That is one of the good surprises to have someone fix you up with a artifact of family history. was the deciding factor that I have seen that same brand rain gauge before. I have no idea what product the one I saw was promoting. Now you got me wondering if it's still around somewhere.
