+After replacing the on/off valve at the fuel tank, it weeps around the threads. what have you used to seal leaks like this.  TIA   CC

Teflon tape, several wrapps but stay back 1 full thread from the end. Several other products are also gas tight.

If teflon tape won't stop it, try the non-hardening "Permatex" (in a tube). Hardly anything will dissolve that stuff. It's sold at Auto Supply Stores.
