Took Another Tumble

Fell last Sunday loading hay to feed the horses. Hurt a tad more than usual and panic took over Dixie when I called her and told her I might have to have help getting up. I was able to get up on a bale and scoot to the jap truck. When I drove around the shed an emt neighbor was already out of his car and in few minutes two car loads of family drove in. Off to the horsepittle I go.
No broken bones but advised to see my Doctor. Saw him yesterday and received an order for a shoulder mri. He seems to think because I can not lift my left arm that I have a rotor cuff problem. It is a tad uncomfortable just sitting around. With being the second time around I might end up with matching scars.

Forgot the good part! Dixie helped me get a bath and ready to go. I went out to start her new mini van and see two horses out. I picked up a rope and hooked one and took her back to her lot fence. I hooked her to a post where she proceeded get the rope tangled on a wheelchair wheel. While trying to sit in the seat and get it untangled with one arm she came around pushed on the joy stick which pulled me out of the chair into fresh horse manure. We still made it in time to the doctor.

Good thing your tuff, the rotor cuff are rough when you go through therapy and rehab

That will cure almost anything.
When one of my grandpa's started going bald, he put that and chicken manure on his head. He keep doing it for years, so it must of work.

As best we try, life manages to get us sooner or later. We try to make it later, and I always get that look, just like I use to give, when an elder reminds ya to take it easy or slow down or be careful. I always try to remember now, there's always seems never enough time to do it right but always time to do it over, and I ain't in no hurry to die.

I get to hang around typing with one finger until Thursday for an MRI.

I can almost see that happening John!  That is funny!!
