Mine has a valve from bend on it, I have the spec sheet at home. I will send along the information on it.   it works well.   I also belive the curl function is weight driven, they are not double acting?  Mine is very slow as well, unless I have a bucket full.

Not sure, as mine is still pretty slow. I did not own it with the original valve.   the new valve does have regen. It is brand hydraulics lv22rfstkabw.
