How much are power shift rims for D10 now, or does anybody have a good pair of used ones for sale close to Jonesboro Arkansas, I guess the CA’s are the same? Thanks again

You need to build a jig, to make them uniform in spacing, to weld them on... 
I think you could take both wheel centers, you have, clamp down both wheel centers, to 1 set of rails, with the eccentrics, and use that as your jig...

Unless your rims are really rusted out, it is easier to repair what you have. Repairs work well as long as the rust through is not under the rails. You just need a 24 inch junk rim to cut the metal patches out of.

I welded the rails on to new (28") rims for a WD several years ago and vowed to NEVER do that again.
First, you have to make sure the inside diameter (radius) is exactly the same as a factory rim and either shim or grind to make sure they are exactly the same.
Next, I made a jig with two old centers (like DiyDave said). It's quite a trick to hold the four rails in the jig and try to get them relatively straight inside the rim. I ended up (tack) brazing the rails to the eccentrics.
When all was done, I still had a slight wobble to the rim. I bought a new one for the other side! It was one of those ideas that wasn't as good as it originally seemed!

Had a friend weld rails on rims for D14, he did a great job and enjoyed doing it but if his time was worth anything he would have been cheaper to buy new.

I did a pair a few years back, they both had a slight wobble when I got done. If I had the chance I would still do it again as the price of factory spin outs is outragious. Looking back I think my problem was my setup was on the concrete floor, a good steel welding table would be better.

I welded rails in a set of 15x28 'blanks' for one of my 45's. Enjoyed the project, am going to do another set when I get 4 more rails. I had a post on hear that detailed it.
