I hate to tell you, but it only gets worse. You have my sympathy. Next you can't set down  or drive a car without going to sleep. I can't sleep in my bed for more that 2 hrs. generally, but I sleep in my easy chair most all day if I let it. It's a bummer.   Leon

Ted, Was out checked the cows at 4... what a foggy muddyy wet icy mess and at 40 degrees... and the cows were laying down on a hay pile and they seem content. One was sleeping away and didn't even know I was there. Had to be within 10 feet of them cows to see who they were for the fog that was around us. 5:30 rainin cats and dogs... boy, has the snow banks melted down now! Huge difference already in the last 36 hours.  Weather lady says temps will drop and get cold and snow again. Don't care how good lookin she is, I don't like what she said...Angry   Ermm                 LOL

I am right there with you guys. Wake up at 3:00 on the dot. Then I hear my wife breathing and that only puts ideas in my head. Ideas her would say no to anyway. So then it is off to the bathroom to get rid of the bottle of water that I shouldn't have drank so close to bedtime. And if I am really awake, I come out here and check the Allis page. Maybe Ebay, Tractor House, and Craig's List. Of course Youtube. I love perpetual motion machines, watching Ronnie O'Sullivan play snooker, and Efren Reyes play 8 and 9 ball.

  Then it's back to bed

Up at 4:30 AM every day. That’s my time cept getting the critters outside and fed. We’ve been working 7 days a week and then nights on our house. I’m finding it hard to get up some days but having to pee takes care of that problem.
Some mornings I study plans for work and sometimes I look at tractors and trucks n such for sale that I don’t need.

Dale, what roads ARE open??  Or even THERE now.  We've got wash outs that look like sink holes....  Went up to the farm today to check on the pole barn roof ( which is whole), the snow had slid off.  The driveway has some holes and ruts in it that you can lose a truck in!!!

Jennifer has Facebook (which I’m supposed to stay off of) but on there is market place. It’s like craigslist but easier to use and not so full of scammers. It’s set for 80 miles of here.

Ya it seems all the good deals are always in another state, and anything near me is just shy if not at retail, even if well used. If I do happen to get lucky and come upon something I'd want and it's priced right, I call and it's already sold. Unhappy

Dang cat jumped on me again at 2:00 am. Got up for 1/2 hour, watched a little of pawn stars had a peanut butter and honey sandwich and went back to bed. Old gal likes to turn the heat way down and then she takes all the covers off me. I freeze, so I picked up one of those heat pads that stays on for 1/2 hour. So I get 1 light blanket. That's usually long enough for me to get you sleep.

I got up at 1:30 AM Hawaii time. I don’t know how I’m gonna get used to the time change .
Today we get a 10 hr tour of Pearl Harbor. Maybe that will wear us down and let us get acclimated to the time.
Lots of palm trees and as ole DJ says lots of palm chewin.
I learned I’m too big for modern airplane seats.
I forgot what they call this neighborhood but it is quite nice.
The ride from the airport to here had me worried. It was all city and whole neighborhoods where they live in old tents.
So far so good.

Funny you should say that. When we landed in Denver (which ain’t Denver) that airport was packed. People was sleeping on the floor. I thought of you and wished I had a fart machine. I laughed even harder when we got on the plane thinking what if someone had chili for supper the night before.
