Well, my wife made it official last night, that if I can get Friday off, we can head for the orange spectacular this year. She booked a room at St Cloud for Friday and Saturday, but I just looked at the map, and that's quite a long ways away. If anyone gives up a room in or closer to Hutch for Friday and Saturday, I would sure be interested in it. Thanks. Darrel

I'm really going to try to make it this year.  I figure I can sleep in my Prius, and get better then 50 MPH on the trip.

Don't give up Darrel,, when I went 2 years ago I was checkin here and found a room closer on the way there...after some fast phone calls an free WiFi at Mikey D's...I gots a room lots closer....so it can happen..

yeah...I gots a room right in Hutch from one of our members that gave his up! might try and call the "7 hi motel" that's where we stayed, was older, but clean and cool!

We used to stay in St Cloud, about 50 miles, we were staying with sisterinlaw so was cheap but that was not worth the cost, was nice to be closer, we have room in Glencoe, 20 miles away.

Darrel, a couple years ago we stayed at Litchfield which was only about 15 miles away.   Don't remember the name of the motel but it was OK.
