I haven't done it, but I am going to put a Cub clutch in my 716 six speed for stock altered pulling. Then I can leave the belt tight. The rear should hold up to stock altered pulling. I hope...lol.

Mine is the stock 16hp K341 Kohler. We are allowed 60 thou overbore.

I only have one picture of it anymore and I can't get pictures to post here. Basicly cub but with B 112 sheet metal just about the way they all do. Had Dart center section in rear. ran a pressure plate and disc out of an Economy Garden tractor, 3 finger never had it slip, I built the flywheel out of billet aluminum.
