262 crank in a 273 block. I know it's been done before, but what are the specifics? Can you use 262 pistons, head, rods, turbo?

buda 230 is 3 7/16 bore the 262 is 3 9/16 bore the 273 is no sleeves and 3 3/4 but the same stroke as a 230. the 262 crank in a 273 block is 291 cubic inch. The old Chevy 261 inline 6 from like 55-62. had a stock bore of 3.75. The piston pin needs to be bushing but the compresion will be like 12 to one. I know of a cockshutt 50 owner that had to do this due to no pistons available for it. The engine had Iron pistons in it.
