Anyone have a picture of one of these?  Looking for a picture of one that would have been pulled behind a tractor in the 1940-1950's.
Thanks

Terry, that sounds what I'm looking for.  Was reading a book  an old Sandhills rancher wrote and he pulled 3 of them behind a tractor in the 1950's.  The rancher mentioned he bought 15 of them brand new for $140 each.  Can find several references on google, but no pictures.  Thought someone on here might have one in their fence row.

Charlie, I understand.  I was almost afraid of what I'd find when I googled it.....
Thanks

We have one at our tractor club here in northern MN, when it showed up none of us younger fellas (I'm 64) knew what it was. It is buried deep inside one of our buildings for winter -- maybe Bruce has a picture of it, ours is painted red takes about a six ft. pass and I would think it would be easy to pull with a B .You are welcolm to come and look at it next august at our show (2 nd weekend)

Not nearly as exciting as the time I googled "Big bags", trying to find a source of those cubic yard woven poly bags!

There was one at the Lathrop show last year. It may be owned by the club.   The swap meet will be held there March 1,2,3.

I have one, wooden drum with nails protruding. It is painted green and has steel wheels.  Sorry no photo. I have taken it to the Menno SD Power Show in mid Sept. They were normally pulled in multiples by a small tractor. The fed government would buy most of the seed gathered for conservation seedings.
