NOS tank what does it fit?

It's 30" high and 20" across, has a bung on bottom for what looks like a fuel sediment bowl. The weird thing is the two holes on top with a rubber grommet. You can see one in the picture and theres another across from it hidden by the cap. Any ideas ?

looks like something from an all-crop combine or cotton picker, definitely a larger machine

Id be guessing its a water tank off of a cotton picker?
