    Posted: 10 Feb 2012 at 1:59pm
I am trying to verify the correct part numbers for the seal and gasket to replace my belt pully. This would be the seal that goes into the clutch housing. The gasket is between the frame rail and housing. For a 1954 WD45
Are these correct?  70202289 For the belt pully tube to housing seal, 70223574 for the gasket between the frame rail and housing. Thanks in advance for the help. Jeff

I don't think it needs a gasket, only the round cork seal
The gasket was for the early, bolt-on covers

My WD has a round tin plug in that hole and 1 bolt/washer that catches the edge. Dad bought it new in 49 and that plugs been there as long as I can remember.I'm 56. I've never seen the belt pulley that's in the barn on this tractor.
