I can think of one word to describe it, but I can't say it on here. Maybe he did that cause he's got a Deutz motor of some kind in there. Either way, it's pretty wrong, considering what KHD did to Allis.

I didn't do it! It was a short, fat, tall, skinny guy that looked like me!

Steve - I agree - only have to look at the hood decal to see the DA decal photoshopped over the original decal - you can see the fuzzy edges between the two. And it's darn easy with the right program to do a global color replace on a pic. Mike |

Another picture of it in the background. Dont think this was a fixed photo. Believe this was campainged by a very well known puller in the middle 80's.

Probably sponsered by a DA dealership back in the day. Ironic they would have sponsered a 20 year old AC tractor to be competative.

What a DISGRACE to the D 21. Someone must of lost a bet or was drunk when they painted that.

Wouldn't be the first time another company tried to take credit for something AC came out with 20 years prior now would it?

Dave, yeah I've seen a Deutz puller before.. the guy still has it doesn't pull anymore though.. I think it started life as a 68 06? I believe it held its own in..never saw it pull myself. -Wes
