Was this AC trip plow 373 -14'' one of the better plows for laying over a nice furrow? I want to participate in plow days with my 45 using something that plows decent.

373 is the bottom. Good somewhere. Go try it. The plow frame is a different number. The plow bottom could be had with several different plow shares for different conditions and there were many different plow bottoms.
