Found subject in search engine of old post : https://www.allischalmers.com/forum/topic173617_post1750677.html#top
Next looked on several sites and overwhelmed with numbers and weird things .
Want to change out filter on hydraulics and suction side filter
So machine in shop , job tomorrow is search what is right , after changing fuel filters last week went to start it and starter QUIT . In process of fixing that decided to pull fuel tank as it's full of rust . (bio-diesel seems to attract water even at 5% bean oil additive)

Just looking up some filter numbers for the AC 715B - what a confusing mess ,
Engine takes a PH8A for the Perkins 4-236 engine - but seems every other cross reference doesn't list that .
Then fuel filters are listed as spin on - but use C1191A filter which I just got from a Marine Supply outfit for $5 each - but a marked John Deer on box
Looking at the hydraulic filter - the thread size is 3/4 x16  and guess what it's same thread as the engine oil filter - as are the other size and specs as what hydraulic filter has .

I changed my fuel filters from canister to spin on last winter after I pulled the tank and cleaned it. New duel fuel filter kit came with two spare fuel filters.
I am about do to change my large hydraulic spin on filter, but I changed that several years ago to spin on instead of canister.
Hope you get yours back running.
Mine is out on a job doing a septic for a co-worker.

The older paper WIX master catalog I have shows the following for the 715B

Engine oil: 51806  (that is the filter used on the 4-236 Perkins in my CAT and MF) I believe that is a PH2821 in Fram.
Fuel (2): 33166
Air:42222
Transmission: 51452
Coolant: 24071

It doesn't show a hydraulic filter but the 816 used 51622.  Hastings catalog shows LF140 for the 715 hydraulics which WIX crosses to the 51622.

hope this helps.
