Have a new to me open station 200 that will earn a living on a grain auger so will sit outside all fall. Needs a new seat anyway - and would like to replace with one which will "flip forward" on to the steering wheel so I can keep the rain and snow off. Anything out there to accomplish this?

Yours must be the later model with the black seat suspension??? If you get the whole thing (orange) from a 190-190XT or early 200 you will have a different track and the seat will tilt forward.

Should have been more precise. 1973 serial 5### was factory cab - cab removed by prior owner. The seat suspension is orange now - but I sure don't see a hinge?

BUT, if he used the cab seat suspension, he's repainted it and it doesn't have a tilt feature. Does any of the seat suspension go down and attach to the platform ?? I'd say no.

Correct Doc. Suspension attaches to front of fuel tank only - it does not extend to platform. I will look around for the type of suspension you suggest. Much obliged.

A piece of 3/8" ID steel tube the width of seat base the cushion fastens to cut into 3 pieces and a piece of 3/8" rod 1" longer than the total tube you can make your seat tilt. I've done it on a late 185 and a 200. They do the same fall auger work you're doing.
IF you know of an AC 100 series with the deluxe seat to go look at. Just copy how it tilts. I'm several hundred miles away from mine this week or I'd try to get you pictures.

I looked at how my AC 180 deluxe seat hinged and did the same to the 185 & 200.
They seem to work fine.
