   Help!
I am finally getting the mighty 190 complete. New tires, complete paint job, all new gauges, new lights, and a new wiring harness.
This series III tractor is a wiring nightmare in that the information from the harness maker is incomplete and we cannot get proper drawings showing how to connect the wires at the dash area.
   The tractor has:
4 headlights (two low beam & two high beams),
2 flashing fender lights
1 LH rear working light
1 aux. outlet
1 Indak, 5 position light switch
I have exhausted all sources of 'Google', service manuals, A C Forum, etc..

Does anyone have a proper schematic showing the 4 headlights, 2 flasher lights, 1 R working light, 1 Outlet, proper Indak light switch, 1 safety starting switch (on the clutch action)?
You can: text me - 1-416-720-3662
            E mail - rdryden@sympatico.ca
            Cell (leave a message) 1-416-720-3662
   Thank you.

There is a wiring diagram in the back of the operator's manual, and a more detailed one in the service manual.  Steve in NJ has wiring harnesses, but I'm nor sure if he has one for a 190 XT, you'd have to check with him.

Don’t get Steve involved if he didn’t supply the harness. Just saying, that’s not fair to him to resolve someone else’s issue. That’s just one of the reasons why I purchase products from him, he is there for support in case of questions. His exceptional work is the other.
As said above, owners manual has a really good diagram in the back.

I'm thinking the harness he needs should be almost identical to an early 200 tractor without a factory cab. Schematic in an owners manual.

Whether you have a harness from me or not, I'm happy to help out if I can with any electrical questions. Obviously, if it's not one of my harnesses, I can't help you out with the construction of it, but function yes.

If the Doc says it's like a 200 system, I don't offer a system yet for the 200, but I do offer a system for the 190/190XT. (can't seem to find an OEM 200 system yet) OR, if you want me to build a new system for you, if your original is complete as rag-tag as it may be, I could use your original as a pattern to build you a new brand new system.... Your call.

Thank you for these comments to date.
I have researched the series I and series III 190 XT's and I have a series III Parts manual and a series III complete service manual. These all show incomplete info. on the electrical schematic drawings. It seems that all these schematics are from a series I.   LOL.
I had a friend try to find a 200 Operators manual and a 200 Service manual. He did not have either one. I have not found anyone in western Ontario with the 200 tractor yet; but, I am looking.
Would a 7000, early series, be the same as a 190 XP III.
I have had B & B supply me with a complete wiring harness before. Steve did an excellent job.
I can not believe that A C would not have updated all their pertinent information from a series I, including the electrical drawings.

   Good morning.
Ryan, thank you; but, why would it be different? Did they not have a 301, maybe only one fender light !

Ross:  A 7000 series wiring diagram would be incredibly more complex and not help you:  Cab, heat, air conditioning, windshield wiper wiring.  Plus, more dash indicator lights and sensors as well as a electric tachometer.

I think the factory switch is only 4 position:  Off and 3 on positions - the wiring section in the manual should describe it and the lights used on each setting.

This is on my 175, but my 185, 6080 and 8030 all use the same 4 position switch

Good afternoon. I am referring to 'OPEN STATIONS' only (no cabs).
This picture shows our friends tractor. It is identical to mine. Both have very close serial no's. Again, they are 190 XT - III.
When referencing the electrical schematics, we have asked about 190 I, 190 II, 190 III, 200, and 7000 tractors (open station only).
Both of us are needing the proper drawings for the dash area especially.

Note, I indicated that the 'Indal' switch had 5 connection points. I was wrong. As Myron indicated, the light switch has 4 connection points.

Please find below, two sketches of the frustration areas.

Any help with a correct, complete set of schematics would be appreciated, especially the wiring behind the dash.

I think I could wire it up if it were in front me but I do have a 200 operators manual and service manual I can look at tomorrow.

OK, I looked at my 200 manuals and compared to a 190 manual I have and the wiring diagram looks the same for each. Only difference was if the 200 had the factory cab. That a slightly different diagram. The 190 manual I have is for a series III.

Good morning Lonn. Thank you for taking the time to look at the 200's manuals.
It appears that the 190 II and III, and the 200's are, all incomplete for my purposes. I now understand that the 7000, open station model, is quite different.
I have been sent a 175 schematic and it appears that I may be able to work with it.
   Thanks again.

From my 200 manual. Early 200. I hope you can see it. Took me a long time to figure out how to post a picture from my phone.

Hi Lonn.   This drawing initially looks good. I have been away from the project for the last 3 days. I will be back at it today. This appears to have exactly what I need.
I appreciate that you have been able to send it to me.
I will let everyone know how the project goes.
