I've been working on getting the loader on the d14, do to finances I have to put it on hold.  but was wondering if the tractor hydro's would run the loader, from what I'm told it's a 445 loader.  there is a hydro outlet on the back of the tractor I cold plug into.  I thought I seen a post before about doing this but the search don't work.

Kinda stinks, I have the grill, radiator, etc. off to put a hub on the crankshaft pulley, but since the 5020 decided to loose both top bearing and some other issues I have to put the D back together, just to tear it apart later on.  @#$# living on a small budget!!!!!
Just cause it's orange don't make it a tractor, there's only one..Allis Chalmers

The D14 will not run a full flow low pressure loader very well at all.  Will it technically work, kind of.  You will blow every seal in your current cylinders if too much force is applied, and you will need gallons of oil in reserve.  The D14 hydraulics are Low flow, High pressure, exactly the opposite of what you want.  You really need that front pump setup, but in a pinch, as you seen to be in, it can work, but it is going to be a challenge keeping up with the oil volume, you won't be able to raise it very far without being out of oil, and once you get it up, then letting it down, you will overflow everything and make a mess.

You can do it, but it will not be very nice to operate. It will be slow and every time you push in on the foot clutch, the hydraulics are dead. The loader cylinders are protected by a 2,200 psi relief valve built into the loader valve.

ok, thanks.  I guess I'll just put it back together and use the tractor, but not the loader.  I'll wait till I get the parts and then finish the loader the right way.  I can make do with out the loader for now, but need the tractor.  Thanks for the replies...dt
