The corn head mounts and pivots at the same place as the grain head. The drive for the head is a PTO shaft that attaches to the shaft at the end of the gearbox.
Thanks & God Bless

There are a lot of parts that get added when you switch over to a corn head. I min of 2 dozen parts.
Thanks & God Bless

Sorry I don't have more pictures right now but here is a top look at the head on a 66.  We took the corn head off a different machine and installed it on this combine.  You need:
the sheet metal for the throat to dump the corn into the cylinder, some braces to accommodate the added stress from the weight, switch the entire cylinder assembly from one machine to another if possible (saves taking one apart & putting it back together), and some additional stuff like different concave bars & pan liner, canvas curtain behind cylinder above straw rack, stalk protection plate under the clean grain elevator, and heavier spring loaded lift mechanism.  There are only two pivot bolts that hold the header to the combine but there are many other pieces that would need to be switched.

What all do you need? Do you have the cylinder bars and concave bars? they are different as well. Also the concave insert is needed to beef up the concave as well as 2 extra pieces of angle iron under the concave.
Thanks & God Bless

That's a ruff deal. Any way you could get parts from where you got the head?
Thanks & God Bless

Make the parts to mount the head should be easy. If you can find a PTO with a smaller I.D. you can take it to a machining shop and have them thread it. The feeder house is just sheet metal that is supported with angle. May not be factory but can get it working.
Thanks & God Bless
