Needs a lot of work.  I paid $1000 for a 40 B with good sheet metal, good tires and in running condition so not sure this one isn't overpriced.

This is overpriced for what it is. Last 40' B I bought came with a sickle mower and cost 350.00 and everything worked!

Not bad looking but without the tool box, cobbed up choke,wrong back wheels and engine stuck it's worth maybe half what he's asking for a restoration project.
