I have an AC 416 shuttle that is stuck in 2nd gear. Any suggestions as to the fix? Thanks for any help.

Sounds like the shift forks are stuck. What I usually do is remove the pipe plug on top of the transmission so I can access the forks and the shifter stem. You can access them with a bent screwdriver or with a good cotter key puller. Get them unlocked and sliding back and fourth and lubed.
