I have not used them but have seen them. They feel "flexible" or soft tread wise.
Probably will last a long time with your application.

I put them on my combine 2 years ago. So far so good, not that I put 1000's of acres on a combine though. Ford 8n I think you'd be fine.

Love our BKT Radials on our equipment. Will be putting them on again. Wouldn't waste money on Firestones.

I put some 18.4X30's on my 180 a few years ago.   It does loader work, mowing and field tillage.  I've been happy so far with mine.   Mike

I put a set on my 6060 last spring, they were the only company that had a tire in the size I needed without me having to wait and my 6060 is my spraying tractor. So far I like them, the price was ok. I only buy Michelin as I have had trouble with Goodyear and Firestone tires on tractors and combines...and don't even ask about Stomil tires I bought that were cheap priced...they are the reason I only use Michelins now...

They sound good to me are they a pretty standard size or are they short. I know the sizes are standard but some tire seam to be shorter than others the same size

They are a taller tire. In the 20.8r38 size, they are taller than a Michelin. Here's a bkt on left.

Thanks Peterson a picture worth a 1000 words. I think I'll try them they sound pretty good plus I like the guy that getting them. he a local county place sells, car, truck, tractor, lawn mower what ever elce you can think of parts, tires can order about anything and doesn't act like it bothers him to do it. Oh yeah and it family owned and operated. DIYdave everone intitled to there opinion but I think there a handly little tractor. I wouldn't want to take it to the field but I rather have it as one or these cheap thow away compact tractors know especially sence there less than a 10th the price lol. You have to remember to be smarter that what your working with you can over work a d8 lol

I have BKT tires on one of my wd45s. They were recommended by a reputable tire guy in grand forks that sells thousands of tractor tires a year. He said they haven't had any problems with them. So on his recommendation I put them on on new rims 4 years ago. The're about 6 inches taller than the wore out good years I took off. The BTK's are an R1 tread and have good traction show zero wear and look brand new after four years. I would recommend them.

I have a pair on my D17.  Put them on a few years ago.  The seem to be good.  The tractor was used for cutting hay and a few light chores.  We have a lot of hills and I have used it in the snow.  No traction issues and would buy again.  I bought them from a local business. and they told me they would be good.

I dont have any BKTs that I know of, but used to be of a "cheaper is better" opinion on tires. I have some Stomils that have been good to me, but they came on a tractor. Recently bought some cheap 11.00 x 16s (dont remember the brand right now), and I think the rim weighed more than they did. I was at a farm show a few weeks later and walked by a dealer that had another brand on display, and picked one up just for fun. It weighed at least twice as much as the cheap tire. Im not saying heavier is better, but to me, it made me think the cheap one was cheap for a reason.
