I did get to spend time with them yesterday afternoon.
I have a feeling he’s not gonna be allowed to come run around with me anymore.

Well Joe and another buddy of mine Jim (who’s the maintenance guy where I work ) came out to borrow my smoker. Been raining every day and the yard was soft and the creek was up.
We all decided to poke around in the shop and look at tractors and such.
Ole Jim (I call him Jimmy) wanted to see the creek. Well I picked a bad route down there.
There was a bit of washed out barb wire fence sticking up. Poor Joe got tangled in the barb wire and tripped. Down he went and got a stick or thorn ran through his finger and hurt his shoulder.
I really can’t find a way to make this funny because it isn’t funny. I bandaged his finger and we loaded the 300 lb smoker and went to town to unload.
His shoulder got worse and he had to go get it checked out.
He’s on my prayer list

MmmmmmHmmmm. Ain't foolin an ole Missouri Boy, no your not. I been around those Arkansas women and know for certain Thad coverin for ole Joe. What ya'll really need to know is that Ole Joe thought he was 23 again and stepped up thinking he could keep up with that ole country girl. Probably gots more torn up than a finger and a shoulder but that'd be classified. Probably looking right now for a 454 in a corvette to scoot his boots back to raddler country!

Well,, Friends,,,,, I'm very pleased to report that almost out of nowhere,,,, ,, I reached back to get another drink of coffee just now,,,,and,,,and I HAD picked up the coffee cup with the left hand and surprised myself at having it at my mouth before i knew it,,,,a little shakey but UP nevertheless,,,,!!!!!Yea,,!! Just done it again to see and got it up,,,,!!! Still hurts like crazy but it is moving,,,, be waking ole Thad up let him know he's off the hook, he was blaming hisself ,,,,,
