The D19 has been sitting for a few years and we finally have it running. Everything is working except the hydraulics. It will raise the lift arms slowly if you move the traction booster lever to the top of the quadrant but it won't raise with the lift lever but it does hold and drop them. The remote outlets don't have any pressure to them at all.
Mine is an early tractor and the manual says it's a split type pump contains two separate pumps in one body. The Traction Booster pump is separate from the Lift Lower pump. I'm guessing the Traction Booster pump is the only one pumping or there is a relief valve stuck open. Any hints or suggestions? I assume I'm going to be pulling and rebuilding the pump. |

Sounds like some of the pumping plungers are stuck. Just needs taken out and cleaned up. MACK
