I usually set the wheel in place with the tractor low enough to allow you to insert a lock at 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock. once they are in, I jack up the tractor and do the bottom ones. With the wheel set back, just set them on the rail and slide them in. Bob

Hey thanks for the reply, so your saying its easier to put the wheel back on the tractor then put the locks on the rail? i have everything all off the tractor right now and i can get 2 3 of the locks on but cant get the 4th one in place. Thanks again

I lean the outer rim/(and tire) against the wall (outsside towards me) with one rail on the bottom, slide the bottom eccentric on the rail, set the center on it and install the 2 bolts holding it to the center finger tite....then slide the the 2 sides in and install the holding bolts and finish with the top. Keep the center towards the outside of the rail. Tighten all bolts and install the completed rim/(and tire) assy on the axle. Adjust the wheel width, instal the locks and tighten the eccentrics. Can be done by yourself; however a helper makes it much easier.

Are the 3 that you have installed in the Release / Loose CCW position ?
4th one should just slide along the rail and in to position. Gary
